Top lawyers head up Beswicks Legal in Birmingham
Heavy-weight legal duo Baljit Chohan and Michael Bennett have joined forces to spearhead Beswicks Legal’s Birmingham offering.
The well-respected pair, who have over 50 years’ experience between them, will be supporting clients from across the country from our new base in the heart of Birmingham.
Baljit Chohan has extensive experience as a partner in some of the biggest law firms in the country working in both national and international roles.
He represents business clients from technology start-ups to major listed corporates across the whole spectrum of sectors, including technology, engineering, defence, retail, leisure and real estate. He specialises in national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures.
Working alongside Baljit is Commercial Property Partner Michael Bennett who is an expert in landlord and tenant law, specialising in advising businesses on leasing, managing, disposing of and acquiring commercial property.
Michael has extensive in-house experience working for commercial property businesses, including property investment and development companies Calthorpe Estates and Folkes Holdings, resulting in him gaining in-depth knowledge in a range of sectors, from industrial, logistics and distribution, to office, retail, hospitality and medical.
