Resolution Specialist Accreditation re-awarded to Sarah Jones
Congratulations to Family Law Partner Sarah Jones who has again been awarded Resolution Specialist Accreditation.
Resolution Specialist Accreditation is a mark of excellence in family law practice, which recognises an outstanding level of skills and expertise. Reaccreditation is required to ensure specialists keep their knowledge current, and Sarah has again demonstrated her knowledge is cutting edge.
To achieve her reaccreditation Sarah passed exams, demonstrating specialisms in complex finances and private law children.
Resolution is a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way taking a non-confrontational approach to family law wherever possible to achieve better outcomes for families and children.
By choosing a Resolution accredited specialist clients can be confident that their solicitor not only possesses the highest levels of expertise but will also consider the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of any children that might be involved.
Sarah said: “I’m delighted to have achieved reaccreditation. Separation and divorce can be emotional and stressful for everyone involved. I believe strongly in the Resolution Code of Practice, which states that resolving things like finances and childcare should be approached in a way that minimises conflict to achieve long-term goals.”
Group Operations Director Ryan Yates added: “Huge congratulations to Sarah on achieving Resolution Specialist reaccreditation. This is independent verification of the incredibly high standards practiced by her and the department that she leads. We are proud to have such experienced and highly qualified family solicitors on hand to help our clients.”
